Cashmere | Cream Ale

A clean, crisp, and flavorful American Ale. We built this beer to meet the needs of any beer drinker – its low hop character and subtle maltiness combine with a light and smooth mouthfeel to satisfy all palate. Summer’s over but this is a perfect beer to fill up a growler and watch the leaves change.

ABV 4.9% IBU 12 | Malts Pilsner, Biscuit, Flaked Corn | Hops Hallertauer, Saaz

Grisette | Belgian Table Beer

Aged on French White Oak, this highly sessionable Belgian style ale pours a hazy pale, straw color and retains the flavor and complexity of a full bodied beer. Brewed with Colorado malts from Root Shoot Malting and fermented with a mixed blend of Saison yeast and lactobacillus bacteria, this is a workers’ beer made to refresh: light, citrusy, peppery, and with a tart snap at the end.

Citrus Hour | American Sour

Dry hopped and drinkable summertime sour. Pineapple and citrus on the nose. Brett funk up front with lemon peel and apricot. A subtle lactic acidity followed by a dry finish and lingering honeydew. Not a beer that makes you pucker up, but enough sour to dry your palate and crave for more.

Purple Dream | American Sour

We teamed up with local maltster Troubadour Maltings to make a beer using undermodified malts designed specifically for our unique pediococcus-only souring process. The dark ruby appearance sets the stage for a beer that is as elegant as it is complex. Notes of sweet Marion Blackberries and tart rhubarb, together with a full lactic acidity, combine to form a flavorful sour beer with a dry finish.

Why is Brett so Pale? | Brett Pale Ale

Meet our bold addition to the tap list. Mixed culture of Brettanomyces and our house ale yeast creates a beer that is round, tropical and earthy. Light but firm malt backbone ties in with floral citrus notes from Mosaic and El Dorado hops. “This is a beer you won’t forget,” says our head brewer Charlie Hoxmeier.

Eldora | American Pale Ale

Single hopped with El Dorado, large amounts added after the boil, gives this pale ale a bold and fruity aroma. Pours hazy with a light golden color. Grapefruit and citrus at the beginning evolve into a mildly sweet malty flavor. Finishes with a light bitterness and dryness, typical of an American pale ale.

Lightfoot | Coffee Pale Ale

At first glance the Lightfoot may not be what you expect from a coffee beer. Although lighter in color, the spirit in this one is robust. Tropical notes from the hops compliment the bergamot, black tea, and lemon zest notes from the Ethiopian coffee beans. This collaboration with Harbinger Coffee creates a beer that reflects the passion and quality of Fort Collins' craft industry.

Nokhu | India Pale Ale 

Gently tickles all the senses on first approach. Addition of oats in the malt bill gives the Nokhu wonderful balance and full bodied mouth feel with a slightly hazy appearance - a tribute to brewer Ben's northeastern roots. Dry hopped Citra and Simcoe hops lend to fruity, juicy, earthy notes that create a beer as fresh as a Colorado Spring.

Festbier | Oktoberfest

A crisp, sweet aroma from the Vienna and Munich malts first hits the nose, a reminder of the rich history of a beer once stored in cold caves and cellars during the summer months and served at Oktoberfest in the fall. Deep orange-copper, bright and clear with a thick, creamy head. Initial maltiness gives way to a moderately dry finish. Overall this is a smooth, clean, rich introduction to Fall.

Guten Bock | Bock

Traditional brown German lager reflecting the long history of Bocks. Our lager yeast enhances the caramel aspects of the malt, allowing a balanced sweetness to linger into the finish. A sweet, crisp, toasty lager, like the old Bavarian Bocks.

Frumpy Moomoo | Breakfast Stout

A hearty stout beer that drinks easy from dawn till dusk. Brewed with locally roasted Guatemalan coffee from Harbinger, this beer showcases a full bodied sweetness and roasted notes of bittersweet chocolate and dark cherries. Smooth, delicious, and sure to put a smile on your face no matter the time of day.

Bourbon Barrel Toats Ma'Goats | Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout

A rich Oatmeal Stout topped with a creamy, off-white head. The dark roasted malts give off aromatics of dark chocolate and coffee, while the oats add to its thickness for a smooth, full bodied mouth feel. It then finishes with notes of slightly sweet toasted coconut that lingers until your next sip.

Annalise | Blonde Ale

A crisp, medium bodied, drinkable blonde ale. Pours a vibrant gold with a ripe pink fruit aroma from the Huell Melon hops. Tastes of strawberry, soft honeydew and pink peppercorn. More complex than your typical blond ale.

XryeZ | Rye

Pours clear and copper in color. Slight spiciness tied in with sweet pine and floral aroma make this beer a welcoming bouquet. Balanced flavor between rye spiciness and floral hoppiness. Light body and dry finish make this an easy drinking beer.

Downpour Petrichor | Double India Pale Ale

Bold and balanced IPA perfect for hop lovers. Hefty malt core counteracts the bitterness from the hops, and compliments the grapefruit and orange notes that come from massive dry hopping of Amarillo and Simcoe hops. On the lower end of the bitterness spectrum for IPAs, this is a beer with all the hop flavor and a smooth mild finish.

Meandering Wit | Witbier

This Belgian wit fills the nose with aromas of farmhouse yeast, grain, and citrus. A smooth and silky mouth feel, enhanced by floral, orange blossom and honey flavors. Finishes dry, a bit tart and with a subtle earthy spiciness.

A top fermented lager-like beer with roots in Dusseldorf, Germany. Dark amber and clear in appearance with an aroma of rich biscuity malts. Just the right amount of earthy bitterness and carbonation balanced by a nutty sweet malt character. A smooth and crisp finish, perfect for Summer.
