This is where it all started: Gilded Goat Brewing Company was forged right here in Midtown, Fort Collins in 2017. Since our inception, we’ve developed hundreds of unique brews, sharing countless thousands of pints of craft beer with the Fort Collins community. The Brewery
From day one, we’ve aimed to perfect and pioneer craft beer, honing traditional brewing techniques while driving innovation with curated craft classics, barrel-aged brews, and experimental small-batch creations. Our everchanging taplist ranges from sippable sours and quads to clean, sessionable pilsners. Stop in to enjoy a familiar favorite like our award-winning bock (which earned gold at Great American Beerfest in 2018), or our best-selling bitter-yet-smooth Nokhu IPA. The Space
Our flagship location is home to a spacious taproom, a one-of-a-kind mezzanine seating area, and a dog-friendly patio. Our taproom features high ceilings, comfy bar seating, and big-screen TVs. Our upstairs space (“the mezz”) can seat 50 people comfortably, and it features a unique bird’s-eye-view of our brewery operation below – creating an intimate-yet-open atmosphere ideal for small gatherings and private parties alike. Our patio is perfect for pups and pints, and we have a firepit and overhead heaters for the colder months. Whether you’re looking for a cozy “third-place" environment, a private space to host your next event, or simply a seat to enjoy the best craft beer in Fort Collins, we’ve got you covered.
Events
We host over a hundred events every year! Join us every week for trivia nights (Tuesdays from 7-9 PM), bingo nights (Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 PM), and double-punch Mondays (where you can earn free beer, twice as fast). We also host food trucks most Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, including everything from BBQ food to fried fish, and pizza to lobster.
