Citrus Hour | American Sour

With Passionfruit & Guava

Citrus Hour Rotating Fruit Series - now with passionfruit and guava. Dry hopped and drinkable summertime sour. Pineapple and citrus on the nose. Brett funk up front with lemon peel and apricot. A subtle lactic acidity followed by a dry finish and lingering honeydew. Not a beer that makes you pucker up, but enough sour to dry your palate and crave for more.

ABV 5.8% IBU 10 | Malts Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Corn | Hops Citra

Sour Meandering Wit | Barrel-aged Sour Witbier

This Cabernet barrel-aged sour Belgian wit is a bold and balanced blend of fruit, hops, and yeast. It fills the nose with aromas of red wine, peach, orange, and mango. A refreshingly smooth and silky mouth feel is enhanced by floral, orange blossom, and honey flavors. Finishes dry, a bit tart with subtle oaky spiciness. Pairs great with light meats, seafood, vegetables, and cheese.

Whistling Plains | Hoppy Wheat

This beer puts you in the middle of the Colorado Plains as the sun turns the wheat fields into golden waves of grain. Bright and rich gold in appearance with an orange peel grapefruit aroma, drinks like a session but full-bodied and soft like a wheat. The Hoppy Wheat builds a profile as unique as the brewers’ intention — to be unconfined by stylistic guidelines, bold and balanced like the Goat.

ABV 5.8% IBU 23 | Malts White Wheat, 2-Row, Pale Malt | Hops Amarillo, Mosaic

Why is Brett so Pale? | Brett Pale Ale

Meet our bold addition to the tap list. Mixed culture of Brettanomyces and our house ale yeast creates a beer that is round, tropical and earthy. Light but firm malt backbone ties in with floral citrus notes from Mosaic and El Dorado hops. “This is a beer you won’t forget,” says our head brewer Charlie Hoxmeier.

ABV 5.8% IBU 40 | Malts 2-Row, Pale, Flaked Barley, Crystal-10 | Hops Mosaic, El Dorado

Lightfoot | Coffee Pale Ale

At first glance the Lightfoot may not be what you expect from a coffee beer. Although lighter in color, the spirit in this one is robust. Notes of blood orange and rose petal from the Ethiopian coffee beans compliment tropical notes from the El Dorado hops. This collaboration with Harbinger Coffee creates a beer that reflects the passion and quality of Fort Collins' craft industry.

ABV 6.3% IBU 65 | Malts 2-row Pale, Flaked Barley, Crystal-10 | Hops El Dorado

Downpour Petrichor | Double IPA

Traditional brown German lager reflecting the long history of Bocks. Our lager yeast enhances the caramel aspects of the malt, allowing a balanced sweetness to linger into the finish. A sweet, crisp, toasty lager, like the old Bavarian Bocks. Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Bock, aged in Tennesee Bourbon barrels, hits you with sweet, warm Bourbon on the nose and flavors of coconut, vanilla, and oak wood.

SixPence | Baltic Porter

We can thank the fall of the Soviets for the Baltic Porter’s return to the West. Reflecting the malty character of original British Porters and the strong, sweet character of Russian Imperial Stouts, this is a nice fall drinking beer that serves as a bridge between a Brown Ale and a Stout: more rich than a Brown and not as roasty as a stout; full bodied and smooth with flavors of dark chocolate and roasted malts.

ABV 6.7% IBU 24 | Malts Pale, Munich, Biscuit, Chocolate | Hops Chinook, Hallertauer

Bourbon Barrel Toats Ma'Goats | Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout

A rich Oatmeal Stout topped with a creamy, off-white head. It then finishes with notes of slightly sweet toasted coconut that lingers until your next sip.
