A Local Brewery For Windsor And Northern Colorado

Just a short distance from Windsor, west of I-25, you’ll find a brewery and taproom that exemplifies the traditions and innovations of craft brewing. Locally owned and operated, Gilded Goat Brewing Company has been producing medal-winning beers since 2017. Charlie Hoxmeier, a Fort Collins native and graduate of Colorado State University, focuses on quality and consistency as head brewer, and has won various awards, from multiple US Beer Championship medals to a Great American Beer Festival gold medal for Guten Bock, a traditional German Bock Lager.

Located next to Trader Joe’s in the Square Shopping Center, the Gilded Goat taproom is inviting and comfortable. With warm tones and a wooden bar, Gilded Goat’s taproom goes against the usual modern brewery trend of concrete floors, corrugated metal, and warehouse-style interiors. When you walk into our Fort Collins tasting room, you’ll find a European pub feel, with bar seating and booths that line the wall, making it conducive for great conversations with family and friends. The large glass entrance allows sunlight to engulf the area with natural sunlight. When you walk upstairs, the mezzanine overlooks the first floor of the taproom and is a perfect event space for any gathering. We host Geeks Who Drink trivia every Tuesday night and Bingo every Wednesday night. Once a month, you’ll find music being played by local musicians at our Open Mic Night. This space can be rented for private events, like birthdays, weddings, business meetings, or networking events. From Loveland to Timnath, it’s available to all Northern Colorado residents, so you can bring your Windsor event to our brewery in Fort Collins.
