We are proud to announce our new partnership with Hofmann Sausage Company in Syracuse, NY. The Grillers are a terrific addition to the Gilded Goat Bavarian Pretzel and Cheese Dip. Hofmann’s franks are made of pork and lamb, have no artificial flavors or colors, no by-products, no MSG, and no fillers. They are gluten free and use a natural lamb casing that provide the snap in every bite.

The Gilded Grillers are available in three choices, the German Frank, White Snappy, or Wisconsin Cheddar, all served in a pretzel roll baked fresh from our friends at Styria Bakery II. Right off the grill, these delicious links are served over a bed of pretzel sticks, accompanied by a dill pickle spear with sides of German mustard and our ever-popular beer cheese dip. The Gilded Griller pairs fabulously with any of our beers on tap; try one with our GABF Gold Medal winning Guten Bock.
