Gilded Goat opens as Fort Collins' 21st craft brewery

Feb 3 | It had been nearly six months since the opening of a new craft brewery in Fort Collins. Friday broke that dry spell, with Gilded Goat Brewing making its debut at 3500 S. College Ave., near Trader Joe's and the Foothills Mall. Gilded Goat became the 21st craft brewery of the city known as the "Napa Valley" of beer."
