Our Citrus Hour infused with guava and passionfruit - the first step towards our Revolving Sour Series. Head Brewer Charlie on the exciting test batch: "We used our Citrus Hour base without the Citra hops. It has this nice grainy tartness, which is a great base to build other flavors into it. In addition to tomorrow's firkin, we'll be making full batches of our Citrus Hour with infused fruits depending on the season. We're starting with nice fall fruits, passionfruit and guava - sweet and tart and when combined with the tartness that’s already in the Citrus Hour, together it makes this fruity sweet and citrusy sour combination that Sour lovers will really appreciate."
